About

ION CHANNEL LIBRARY was created in 2019 by Artem Kondratskyi, due to a lack of structured, communicated, and visualized information related to ion channel drug discovery. Back then, Artem and his colleagues were trying to find the information about ion channel drugs on the market, as well as companies and nonprofit organizations working on ion channels. They realized that it would take them digging through a lot of literature and reviewing a lot of websites to find that data. This is how the idea of creating an information resource on ion channels emerged.

Our website is intended to help you learn about the latest news from the ion channel world, make it easier to find partners, and gather in one place various useful ion channel-related resources, which can take a long time to find on the Internet. We believe that ion channels are underexploited drug targets with enormous untapped potential and having easy access to valid information about what’s going on in the field (both in academia and industry) is essential to uncover this potential.

Now, hundreds of visitors use ionchannellibrary.com each month. These visitors include researchers from both academia and industry, but also biotech CXOs, marketing specialists, and investors. Our website ranks on Google’s first page for searches related to ion channel companies, ion channel CROs, ion channel screening providers, ion channel news, ion channel events, ion channel drug list, ion channel laboratories…

If you have any ideas/suggestions about how we can make ION CHANNEL LIBRARY more valuable to all of us, we’d love to hear from you. Also, do not hesitate to contact us if you feel like you have an important message to share with our audience. And, of course, you’re welcome to get in touch with us if you want to help us further develop this resource.

Thank you!
